Suzanne’s class can feel like church. This woman, is a poet and a yoga instructor, mixed into one. I always feel elated after each class. And when she asked if I could capture that feeling I know so well, through my lens, I was more than happy to sign up.

As life goes though, when work picks up, sometimes the private life suffers and routines tend to get less attention. Though posting these, is serving as a gentle reminder of how much my body and my spirit enjoys this practice. And both private and work life quality improve as an effect.
